This heavy duty half rack will enable any user to squat or bench press in safety while still being able to max themselves out. Featuring multiple fixed barbell drops arranged slightly backwards allowing its user to drop the barbell down quickly and without the tedious operation of adjustments between sets. The full added large adjustable safety spotting bars will allow you to workout in safety. Rated to 180 kg for the barbell drops and safety spotters (requires a 7ft barbell, either olympic or standed will fit).
